I am Lubowa Ivan, a proud alumnus of Star Rise Secondary School and a recent graduate from  Kampala International University.

Today, am cultural leader in our Buganda community serving as the General Secretary of Baganda Nkobazambogo in Uganda a honor I owe in large part to the foundation laid at Star Rise SS.
